SIZING AND COLOR
We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday only. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and preparation of shipment. Once an order is marked as shipped, please allow additional time for your order to be processed by USPS and entered into their system for tracking.
We ship from Southern California. We ship USPS, unless otherwise arranged. Shipping to the East Coast using USPS Ground is 5-7 business days after the order is processed and prepared for shipment. Orders going to the Midwest and West Coast using USPS Ground usually take 2-4 business days after order is processed and prepared for shipment. These shipping quotes are just an estimate. We are not responsible for situations out of our control, such as Holidays and weather delays.
Also note that parts of orders may be shipped separately, with arrival on different days.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been shipped, it may take the carrier 24 HOURS to update its records with your tracking information. It is possible that you will not be able to track your package with the carrier within the first 24 hours after shipment, since the carrier may not have yet scanned the package into their system. Shipment movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned by the carrier's delivery system.

FREE SHIPPING AND PROMO CODE POLICY
We're excited to offer free USPS Ground one-way shipping for qualifying orders of $150 and up. Free shipping applies to online orders totaling $150+ after applicable promotional discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Valid only for the 48 contiguous United States. Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges.
If merchandise is returned and items kept by the customer do not total more than the $150 minimum that qualified for free shipping, a $9.95 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Free Shipping Offer for orders of $150 or more does not include return shipping; customer is responsible for all return postage.
Offer not valid on International orders. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be charged according to USPS rates.
If you are in possession of a valid Canyon Beachwear Promo Code, only one per customer may be used. May not be combined with any other offers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Canyon Beachwear ships all International orders by UPS Worldwide or USPS. Military and APO orders can be shipped by USPS. Please contact us for more information.
Orders to Canada will be charged up to $50.00 for shipping, and all other International orders will be charged $90.00.
Please Note: USPS and UPS may apply brokerage fees on shipments to some countries outside the U.S.A. Canyon Beachwear is not responsible for these charges. Contact your local USPS or UPS office for questions regarding additional fees on International shipments.
RETURN POLICY
The Return Policy applies only for online purchases. Any items that you wish to exchange or return must be returned to our Website Return Department within 10 days of the date the package was received, based on USPS tracking. We will exchange, replace or refund your website purchase as long as it is returned in salable condition with all tags still attached. Refunds will be issued based on original payment method excluding shipping charges.
Please note that if the value of your return reduces the original order to under $150, we will reduce the amount of the return by $9.95 to accommodate for the original shipping charges.
All correspondence regarding your order is emailed to you when the return is processed.

Customer is responsible for return postage. We strongly urge the customer to ship with a tracking number. Canyon Beachwear is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Please Note: Any merchandise returned to Canyon Beachwear after the allowed time stated in our policy, will be not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with additional shipping fee charged to the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTION
- Pack and seal your merchandise securely and include the completed Exchange & Return Form. Please note that all shipping charges and insurance required for a return are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded. Canyon Beachwear is not responsible for lost packages; it is recommended you track insure your package or use Delivery Confirmation if shipping with USPS.

When returning by mail, allow 2 to 3 weeks from the shipping date for your return to be processed and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
*If we shipped an item(s) that was different from the Original Invoice or was damaged when you received it and you would like a refund or to exchange the item(s), please contact customer service (see Contact Us Page) and we will gladly refund your shipping costs for that item(s) and issue a mailing label to send back merchandise. In addition, if you would like to return the merchandise, we will give you a full refund by the method of payment used for the purchase.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We try and update the products offered on our website daily. However, some products are in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. You will be notified by phone or email if an item or items on your order become unavailable.
SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
All items marked "Sale" are Final Sales and are not returnable or exchangeable. Any item noted as a "Special Order" is considered a Final Sale and no exchanges or refunds will be issued. Any Sale or Special Order merchandise returned to Canyon Beachwear will not be credited and will be returned to the customer with an additional shipping charge.

SIZING AND COLOR

Although we try to accurately replicate the colors of the garments on our site, the colors depicted might vary from the original due to the variations in individual user’s monitor settings and the manufacturer’s dye lots.
